With 1 active design request, we will work on one item in the queue at a time. Once you approve a design, we will immediately start on the next project in the queue. With 2 active requests, we will work on 2 items in the queue at a time, doubling your output.

With larger design requests like web design and presentations, we break them down into individual design requests. For example we will break down web design into home page design, about page design, product page design, etc. and work on each page individually.

Most of our clients who have more than 1 active design request are either web agencies that use Quilly to outsource graphic design for their clients, or fast growing startups that need new marketing materials on a daily basis.

Having more active requests will double or triple the amount of design requests we can get through within a month.

We can design logos, packaging, websites, and advertisements just to name a few, but it's probably more important to know what we won't design. We won't design animated graphics, code/program any websites or apps, manage any marketing campaigns, or design anything that goes against or core values.

Your brandboard is a page on the dashboard where you can upload your brands mission statement, core values, logo files, color palette, fonts, and other brand assets needed to keep every design 100% on-brand. Also, it's important to note that we do not develop any websites unless it can be developed in Webflow without any additional code. We don't have any developers on our team, just graphic designers.
